General Terms

The client guarantees that they are the rightful owners of the business/institution for which the website is being designed and have copyright for logos, content, trademarks and other graphics used in designing.

They have exclusive rights to the domain or authorize Designing Company to book a preferred domain and pay for it upfront. They also understand the annual recurring cost of the domain.

Changes to Website

Website reserves the rights to –

• Change the design of the website, graphics and other content that shall be considered necessary during the design stage.
• The website can be removed either temporarily or permanently and Designing Company accepts no liability for direct or indirect losses suffered in the interim period.
• The company isn’t liable to restore the site to the old design though under most circumstances a backup of the previous version would be taken.

Termination

We will have the right to terminate your access to the Site if it reasonably believes you have breached any of the terms and conditions of these Terms. Following termination, you will not be permitted to use the Site.

If your access to the Site is terminated, we reserve the right to exercise whatever means it deems necessary to prevent unauthorized access to the Site, including, but not limited to, technological barriers, IP mapping, and direct contact with your Internet Service Provider.

These Terms will survive indefinitely unless and until we choose to terminate them, regardless of whether any account you open is terminated by you or if you have the right to access or use the Site.
